The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 13
Ditto on high protein (A), but uh-uh on exercise level

I'm an A who is really pleased to hear this diet input from another A who has gotten into weight lifting. I never could figure out why a super high protein diet never made any difference to me (except for giving me urine that smelled like ammonia and making me constipated). Then again, a super high carb diet also made me sick. I did best with lots of vegetables. Pumpkin, actually, works best for me. But don't get me started on THAT. Or I will be writing down renditions of my pie recipe.
But low level exercise kills me. "Moderate" is murder to this A martial arts enthusiast. I have to spend some time each week going to the max---sweat flying, chest heaving, yelling, grunting, fighting, kicking a heavy bag, etc. for 90+ minutes. It keeps me sane and happy. On weeks where I am not busting my backside at all, I am ready to go crazy.
No studies support the ER4YT theory of exercise. My motto is, if you have to go full blast, go full blast.
