Neutral cheeses for O's...

According to CR4YT there are no Beneficial cheeses for O's - it lists farmer, feta, goat cheese, mozzarella, & soy cheese as Neutrals.

In The International Foundation For Blood Type Living - see link below - Steve Shapiro lists the following:
African O's - Soy Cheese is Neutral.
Asian O's - Farmer, Feta & Mozzarella are Occasional and Soy is Neutral
Caucasian O's - Farmer, Feta & Mozzarella are Occasional and Soy is Neutral
If you read his site, it will explain where this change of info has come from.

So, as you see, there are cheeses you can occasionally use. I haven't found sheep cheese on any of the lists so far, but I would appreciate any info about it.
