Hi Susan My daughter(type A) went through a strong depression where she just didn't want to live..tough times for me because I love her...and it turned out the house where she was living was full of mold. She was so bad she couldn't stay in motels because it was in the air conditioning or eat in restaurants that had potted plants. The allergists in Anchorage we went to wanted to put her in a mental hospital but luckily one allergist said he'd treat her with mold shots because her eyes also swelled up and they did the trick! She also quit eating wheat.Whenever she goes in someone's house where there is some mold she gets the same feelings of "spaciness, irritation, and confusion" you describe. I'm not suggesting you're as bad as she was, or even that I think that's it...but it's just something to be aware of.Do you spend a lot of time in a room that could be like that? Especially in the winter in Canada! Before my psoriasis got so bad this time, on the way home we stayed four days in a friends really moldy bedroom(felt bad, woke up with sore throat, etc.I think this er4yt is the answer because I just think we get overloaded and our livers are fighting the wrong foods were puttig in and the system just gets overwhelmed. On food in Canada try and get fish too(I'm lucky here ,lots of Salmon and halibut.Get those prunes and boil them with lemon and honey and eat 'em with your breakfast lamb chops. My wife used to put a little whisky in the prunes too but no-no for O's. Too bad; I play the bagpipes and it's just not the same without a "wee dram".Love, Bill
