That's good to hear - so far there hasn't been any difference at all (in fact it seems slightly worse today) but I'm going to persist and see how it goes. The spaciness is much reduced today, anyway.
Do you have problems getting hold of the recommended fruit and vegetables where you are? I live on the prairies in Canada and it is hard to find things like plums in the winter - they're out of season and look nasty. It's just very hard having to walk past all the beautiful tangerines and pick up a bag of dried up old prunes (ick)!
