Thanks Juliette! You're right.....I used to make the best french bread in Alaska!(Julia Childs cookbook #two...baked on tiles, spray every three minutes etc.for the types that can do bread)but now I don't even want it. I have a bunch of Moose meat in the freezer and bought some buffalo the other day and now I eat meat for breakfast and I feel about as good as a 67 year old guy can feel........ready for a days work !!( check my website) I was afraid it was stress(bush flying)or the glue in my shoulder or fillings in my teeth or just that "every body's gotta have something"!?! Had psoriatic arthritis and stopped the arthritis with diet 15 years ago but just couldn't get rid of the psoriasis till this diet. I'm buying an extra book as a "loaner"!This message board is wonderful as help and inspiration so I couldn't keep quiet!Any questions are welcome.
