Your body needs at least 8 glasses of H2O per day and unfortuately seltzer and club soda are good for variety but if you can think of your body as a big washing machine, you wouldn't put club soda in it to get your clothes clean. The main purpose of water is to help the blood hydrate, deliver nutrients and wash impurities away from your body.

Actually health professionals suggest the best way to know if you are drinking enough is to check the color of your urine and if it is not light like chicken soup or lighter than you may need to drink 1 or 2 more glasses than eight.

Unfortunately you can't get around drinking water, your body needs it.
