The ingredients I see listed for Pacific Organic Almond Dairy Substitute are:

Almond base (filtered water, almonds), brown rice

sweetener (filtered water, brown rice), natural flavor,

malt, sea salt, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan.

Let's see now..."natural flavor" might very well be vanilla, an O avoid. Guar gum enhances lectin activity and is an avoid. I don't see carrageenan on the food lists, but it is popularly considered an avoid. Also xanthan gum is on the MSG list, and MSG is an avoid.

Maybe it is best to make your own almond milk?
