Ghee feeds the good bacteria in the colon, it is important. You can use it for all sorts of things, from cooking to spreading on bread. Butyrate also feeds the good bacteria. Licorice root coats the lining of the intestinal tract to allow it to heal. Your body needs these things to heal, Please look into this or Email me personally. My husband had ulcerative colitis ten years ago, has not had a reoccurance since that time. Peter told him to have a tespoon of ghee per day. Andrea A
