Brand new, how do I get enough fiber??

Hi everyone,

My husband and I have just decided, this week, to make the change to the ERFYT way of life. One question (of many) I have is, how do you incorporate enough fiber? There is nowhere near the 25+ grams of fiber (recommended amount from the FDA, I believe) in the food plans. Is taking Citrucel allowed or should we consider a different kind of fiber product? Being O's, we are used to eating Raisin Bran and Healthy Choice wheat bread to get a substantial part of our daily fiber intake (which equals 14 grams), the rest being made up by fruits and veggies. Also, any suggestions on making this major change would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Pam
