But Why Would Bs Crave Tofu?

Since brain aging was associated with the highest tofu consumption, to prove the blood type connection one must demonstrate that Bs were the highest consumers.
That was me that noticed that the brain aged (23%) equaled the percentage of Bs in Japan (22%). But someone needs to explain why Bs would eat the most tofu.
The only conclusion that I can come to is there is no ABO blood group connection, and most probably it was caused by MSG from the soy sauce added to the tofu. (Or it might have been the tofu cutting across all blood groups.)
I apoligize for repeating myself. This will be my last post on this subject, unless something new is discovered.
