The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 13

Old Chatham Sheeperding Company makes a wonderful sheep-milk yogurt. I find it occasionally at my local Whole Foods Market. You can also buy it direct from the manufacturer via their webpage: www.blacksheepcheese.com ... It is quite pricey via the web (e.g., a case of six 16 oz. containers for $30.00 plus shipping, plus another $10.00 if your order less that $50--they have other sheep milk products...). I get it for about $3.50 per 16 oz. container at WFM. (They have a 6 oz. too.) Given these prices, I'm content to just go for it when I can find it at WFM; plus it is till unclear to me whether it is okay for O-s. I just know I LOVE this yogurt and choose to eat it.
