Two legged Mutton as well; just euphemisms

Chinese cultures (ancient China) that engaged in cannibalism called human flesh "two-legged mutton." I think terms like these are simply euphemisms based on a culture's perception of typical meat sources. I don't think the titles themselves are really specifying anything about the nature of human flesh, other than a need to somehow make eating it more acceptable to the mind by linking it with animals commonly used as food.
