A calcium supplement will be needed, preferably one with magnesium also. Her prenatal vitamins will probably have some extra calcium also. Also, emphasize foods that naturally contain calcium such as broccoli, almonds, salmon with bones (canned) and other green foods such as kale. There are lots of foods that contain calcium that the body will use well. Wishing you the best. :-)
