I started the B diet unable to handle any of the cabbage family (all kinds of HB's for B in that one!). I both tested allergic to them and got a reaction to them after eating. So I didn't eat them. Now, after 8 months or so on the diet, I have no problems at all with cauliflower, can eat broccoli several times a month, and can eat cabbage as long as it's very fresh. All of this is organic produce, BTW - I still react badly to conventionally-grown produce. I suspect that at least part of my allergies are to the pesticides and chemical fertilizers that I was exposed to growing up in a valley polluted by crop dusting, feedlots, sugar refinery effluent, and other agribiz glop.
