Hello all

Here is my question..?? Where does an O get their calcium if and when they do not get to eat any dairy prodcuts??? It is a concern for my wife which is an O and I myself am a B. So ..what does she do..?? We want to have a baby and she is going to need lots of calcium..??? ANY suggestions...???
