..... Dr D'Adamo's homepage. Or on the link on any page from sTeve (otherwise known as Steve Shapiro). You have to have the book to access the lists, however, (there's a password on a designated page of the book) but ER4YT has food lists for O, A, B, AB types. Steve's are updated. Hmmmmm ... seems like you might have to get the book. From personal experience, I can only say, "It's worth it!" I have CR4YT - the ER cook book, too - also a "must'have" for me.
Good luck in tracking down the food lists.
