Hi Joann- ER4YT has their own brand of vitamins, herbs and probiotics for each blood type. Go to the link at the top of the page titled " Tapes, Tests and Products" and you can order them online. BEWARE....at first when I saw the prices I thought "no way, I can not pay that much for vitamins"...but then I read the posts from the other people on the board about how these vitamins are like no others, the quality is outstanding, how much better they feel when taking them...etc....so, I went to my local health food store (most likely there is a store in your area that carries all of the ER4YT products)and bought the vitamins, the herbs, the probiotics and the bars and I feel wonderful!!!

Also, because I am spending extra $$$ on these awesome products it keeps me more compliant on the O diet. I feel like "why go to some fast food place and get a hamburger on a bun with pickles and ketchup which is a no-no when I am spending my extra hard earned dough to feel better?"
