There are LOTS of great substitutions that are more beneficial to your health.
Some options are:
Instead of popcorn, take a bag of trail mix with acceptable nuts,dried fruit and cereal. Chocolate chips can also be added, but watch ingredients carefully.
Instead of breading, spelt or rice flour or crushed rice cereal can be used.
Instead of baugettes, try Ezekiel toast or spelt bread toast.
Instead of wheat flour try spelt or rice flour. I have made great brownies and cookies using spelt flour. Experiment and see what you like. It is an adventure in creativity and it is FUN!
