Arginine, it's what's for dinner.

OK, Zippy the computer geek here, chiming in with a list of the most Arginine rich foods from my database, in order: turkey, tuna, halibut, lean beef, salmon, turnip greens, sardines, soy milk, spinach, broccoli, kale, lettuce, peas, asparagus, eggs and almonds.
My list is far from all-inclusive. Don't know where peanuts fit (nowhere for this B). But, just look at all those foods to choose from that are even richer in arginine than almonds. Now let's see, what *shall* we have for dinner...? Happy eating.
