In Response To: Dr. D -food allergies (Janean)
Hi Janean,
I have seen other posts where people ask the same question. "If I am allergic to a food that is highly beneficial, should I eat it?" So far all the responses I have seen to that question have been. "No." There are enough of the other highly beneficial foods that one should not eat a food to which they are allergic even if it is considered highly beneficial. Some other board member can correct me if I'm wrong. Who knows, maybe after you have been eating right for a while, you may not be allergic to those foods. I used to think I was allergic to tomatoes because I would get very bad cankersores if I ate too many. Now that I eat right, I can eat as many tomatoes as I want and I don't get cankersores.
Edith
