Hi Kate,
As you were interested in my post, I am interested in your post. You gave a list of symptoms that you expect are a result of the foods you eat. The list was:
lots of catarrh
stuffed up nose
runny nose
shortness of breath
tight, dry throat
tingly mouth and tongue
lethargy
feeling depressed (very out of character!)
I've been having very similar symptoms but they are fairly chronic. Do your symptoms come on suddenly or are they chronic as well? Is the soya a suspect or do you know for certain at this point it causes some of the above trouble? I think I will have to try eliminating soy from my diet and see what happens. I'm pretty good about sticking to the O+ diet (beneficials and neutrals) but maybe soy should be an avoid for me, also. Thank you for your post.
