Colds since ER4YT.... (LONGISH)

One of the main reasons I started ER4YT last August was because I always seemed to be getting colds which were "not normal" i.e. very quickly turned to bronchitis and lasted anything up to 6 weeks (of complete mysery). Most times I had to take time off from work. Since ER4YT, although I was hoping I would be able to completely eliminate colds (expecting too much?) I have had two colds, one last November which (to me ) was very mild and I was over it in 6 days and this week. This week was amazing to me. I had that feeling "oh God, another cold", but I didn't get depressed about it, something inside me told me it wouldn't be that bad and all I had to do was eat HB's drink lots of fluids and get as much rest as possible. I have remained in this "good mood" all week and I feel GOOD, I still have a bit of a cold, but it has not gone to my chest and I feel like I am just about over it. I started taking Probiotics, Multi's and Ara6 on Tuesday and I think this played a big part in my recovery.

All I have to say is THANK GOD FOR ER4YT!! This has made me more determined to stick to HB's as much as possible and listen to my body. Who knows maybe this time I will go 3 months without a cold.

All you newcomers -- STICK TO IT - IT'S WORTH IT.. THANK YOU PETER D'ADAMO AND ALL WHO WORK WITH YOU!!!! (and thanks to all those on the board who, last November, told me that I may be surprised about any future colds!)
