The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 12
Technically speaking (sprouted lentils and corn)

Lentils are an avoid. They cause a rise in urine indican levels. Sprouted lentils are an unknown.
Dr D'Adamo has reported that Ezekiel 4:09 bread (with sprouted lentils) does not cause a rise in urine indican levels. This is interpreted to mean that either the sprouted lentils are OK, or there is an insufficient amount of them to cause problems.
Sprouted corn is both unknown and untested - using the same criteria. Hence, as an O, I tend to avoid the Ezekiel 7-sprouted grain bread which contains sprouted corn.
