Interesting topic.
I believe, along the lines of Dr.D, that type O's are more suited for vigorous physical activities.
However, I believe that both martial arts and rock climbing are surprisingly beneficial and well suited for suited for type A's. These exercises require intense focus, balance and "internal control" of the body, which activates a positive energy flow that benefits the delicate circuitry of the type A body.
Type A's need "mind-over-body" exercises, whereas O's need "body-over-mind" exercises.
That's my take on it anyway.
