Well, that gives new meaning to the splash of half & half I add to my half coffee/half grain beverage thingy stuff. It's not bad, but it's not coffee either!

Just like there are many Caucasian "types", there are all kinds of Africans: Kenyans, Ethopians, Moroccans, etc. African-Americans descend from from West Africa where *most* of the slaves were taken. It's not really that easy to categorize, but ER4YT does at least give us a place to start. One size doesn't fit all, not even *all* Africans.

BTW: I also have an egg now and then instead of two every single day. Historically people used to eat eggs that way unless they were raising them. They'd come across them occasionally and have a protein treat.
