...I don't know if this really applies to a Type A, but I find that eating enough quality protein, combined with *not* eating any white potatos, goes a long way to stopping my cravings, in addition to eliminating all the avoid grains. As an A, though, I don't know about advising you to eat more protein. You may want to try it and see how you feel. You could eat some salmon, peanut butter, etc. How about some escargot? I only had 'em once and (this is coming from a seafood lover now), they tasted like rubberbands. However, that was in Vermont, and the one negative thing you'll ever hear me say about Vermont was that one should never order any type of seafood there. They may be right next to Maine, but there must be a mountain range in there or something that stopped the exchange of information on how to prepare seafood! But I digress!
