I am following the Carbo addicts diet with the ER4YT foods for type O. For breakfast and lunch I have protein,(eggs, fish, beef, chicken or tofu) and a salad or sauteed low carbo vegies like spinach, asparagus etc. Then for one hour at dinner I have a balanced meal that includes other carbohydrates like sweet potatoes or ezekial bread or fruit, even a dessert. You have to eat that meal within an hour. I don't eat anything between meals. Drink a lot of water. When I feel a hormone imbalance, like pms symptoms, I take wild yam, black cohosh and sarsparilla as well as B - complex, B6 and a multivitamin. I just ordered the O vitamins today as well as the bars. I feel great, am losing weight, have a lot of energy and don't feel deprived. I think I am very sensitive to carbohydrates.
