In Response To: soy vey! what's an O to do... (jennyo)
I would soytainly go with Dr. D'Adamo on this--soy is neutral for O's. Good enough for me!!!!!!! Remember, for 20 years there was a lot of bad press about red meat and look where that got us! I'm "agglutinating" to Dr. D's advice and ignoring the swirling mass of fresh expert opinion flying around soy. The following sentence is coming from the brain of a highly critical, doubting individual who has learned through two years of experience whereof I speak: ER4YT is my nutritional compass, in my experience it always points true north. So I'm ignoring all the interference in the atmosphere. (Did I mention I love your post title????)
