soy vey! what's an O to do...

with this information? I trust Dr. D and his soy recommendations for A's. But as an O, I'm kinda worried that all these negative and toxic effects of soy products relate mainly to O's (B's too, I guess). How could they come up with such negative findings otherwise? Not that I eat much soy, but as a 50-ish woman, I'm eating some for the hormonal benefits. Or are there any?
