Add oatmeal to your diet. Use real organic rolled oats-soak overnight before cooking. Melt lots of butter over it (preferrably raw grass fed cows butter). Add some maple syrup. Eat a couple of times a week. Add nuts to your snacks. Add sweet potatoes, pumpking and squash to your meals. Put butter, animal fats on your veggies. I had to add more carbos back (but no WHEAT!)-and I am still doing. Well.-I still eat lots of fish and lamb, chicken turkey , liver etc.
