The diet is not a high protein low carb diet. According to the observations of Dr. Price-society's that ate a mixed diet of grains, animal protein-fish being highly beneficial, and dairy were the healthiest. Sally advocates whole grains prepared properly--A very balanced diet-back to the basic pure foods that mother nature has provided for us. I find Dr. Price's observations of those primitive peoples fascinating and I'm sure there is much to be learned from their diets/ lifetstyles. The work definitely complements your O diet and for the most part is not contradictory at all. I do find the information on Soy disturbing and I am just trying to sort out how such opposing views can all be backed by scientific research?
