Type A diet does not have to equal high carb

A very common myth or mistake about the Type A diet is that it is meant to be a HIGH CARBO diet: it does not have to be. It is a VEGETARIAN diet. Tofu is a mainstay of the type A diet. This is not high carbo. Vegetables are also a mainstay of the diet, these do not have to be high carbo. Stay away from bread, rice crackers, rice, etc and yours can be a diet that works with the Schwarzbein ideas. I suggest using ER4YT to temper Schwarzbein's book, and use Schwarzbein to temper the use of carbos in ER4YT. In other words, if ER4YT says something is an avoid, don't eat it, even if Schwarzbein recommends it. And vice-versa.
My two cents.
