I know I get plenty of daily fiber. My concern is that I want to take charcoal and my nutritionalist said to never take it unless you take psyllium because charcoal absorbs lots of toxins and needs something to push it through. Without psyllium you could get very plugged up. I don't want to take methylcellulose unless it natural and it sounds like it's not. I need a natural substitute for psyllium to take with the charcoal. Do you guys think high fiber food and prune juice and flax would be enough to get the charcoal through. I love taking charcoal because I think it absorbs all the extra hormones, viruses, bacterias and toxin in my body.
