Help! I'm shrinking....

Please help!
I've been on this diet now for a year and a half and have really improved in my health, however I'm losing too much weight!

I started out as a size 5 and now I'm down to a 1.

I'm not sure what to do!

Regular diet:
Breakfast: Either Ezekiel bread w/almond butter. Or rice cereal w/rice milk
Lunch: Some kind of meat (meatloaf or roast) w/two veggies (canned) or veggie and rice.
Dinner: Usually ribeye rice and veggie. Beer almost every night.
Snacks: Black cherry soda, spelt donuts, carrots, mozarella cheese, just ordered the spelt pretzels from purity foods - haven't received them yet.

I tried the nutbutter as suggested and really like it. Eat it all the time. Don't do smoothies because bananas don't agree with me. Might try though, I bought rice dream, bananas and rice protein to mix together. Am starting to eat avoids just because I'm too skinny (Pizza, etc. - staying away from corn syrup)

Any suggestions? If you can please email me personally since I don't have a lot of time to surf the web. Thanks!
