Methylcellulose as a bulking agent for 'O's
Posted By: Kalin (O) Date: Sunday, 24 October 1999, at 9:40 p.m.
I'm trying to track down a good source of methylcellulose for use as a fiber agent. D'adamo mentions in one of the books that it is generally better for type 'O's than psyllium husks which can cause bloating.
Does anyone know where to look for this item, specifically what type (molecular size) is best for this application?
Has anyone tried methylcellulose or mc containing products with favorable results?
