In Response To: What to do about type O Mom? Long (Rosemary (A+))

Hi Rosemary, I don't know where you live, but acupuncture MIGHT be helpful for relieving your mother's pain. Also some yoga, to help her relax. I once had an older lady student whose doctors had told her to learn to live with the chronic pain in her neck. After several classes (in which I deliberately did NOT try to fix her problem), I asked how the neck was. Her response was that she was pain free for two days following the classes. What I personally got out of that was that by learning how to relax her body, the pain left, which makes perfectly good sense.

Good luck, let us know how she/you make out.

Love and light,
Janet
