I'm doing O.K. for myself, but I have to increase the availability of HBs for my A daughter, who once again is falling prey to my O laziness in preparing veggies. She's now happily drinking vanilla rice milk and using it on her cereal, calcium fortified, so I can relax about the calcium thing.

I have to start doing some kinds of light exercises in the morning, but I'm just not mentally up to it yet. I keep my weight down by eating salads for two meals (usually), instead of only one meal a day.

Right now, I'm obsessing about getting all the necessities for my new apartment, which I can start moving into next Friday. I don't have any of the basic staples foodwise or housekeeping wise. At least I don't have to weed out any avoids, I don't have any to weed from! I can just concentrate on getting HB and neutral staples.
