Thanks Peter. I just tried the nostril technique as I read this post, and it worked so well, I feel extremely relaxed. It's such a neat tool to have! It will also go well with another technique that I use -- sit for 10 - 20 minutes, breathing deeply and while exhaling say a word or phrase that is relaxing.
