Two "B" recipes

B-licious luncheon spread: 1/2 can of tuna in olive oil, drained; 1/4 cup or more of kidney beans; cooked, "allowed" mixed vegetables for B's; cumin; garlic powder. Drain most of oil from tuna, place ingredients in food processor and blend. Chill in fridge then spread on a B bread or on two nice, crisp brown rice cakes.
I also love brisling sardines in olive oil mostly drained and then mashed into a freshly baked potato with some mixed vegetables on the side. :-)
