Don't feel left out because you're not American. Peter doesn't go into any detail about sub-types of A in ER4YT. Personally, I find it very frustrating because if 10% of type A's are an exotic sub-type, this equates to the number of persons who have blood type AB. And, as we all know, they have an entire chapter devoted to them in the book. It's not fair! :( (I am being really whiny and pounting right now.)
