I have heard/read that soy can be quite difficult for the body to digest. It is also one of the most highly sprayed crops and subject to genetic engineering. Look for hemp seed and products as a more easily digested alternative that can be used in many of the same ways as soy and contains all necessary amino acids. No word on when Dr. D. is going to study the lectin aspect of hemp.
