In Response To: Re: Critical essay on soy (Peter D'Adamo)

This 36 year old female O loves soy nuts and tofu, and has found soy milk a real godsend for replacing dairy. However, I have also read conflicting info regarding soy and its effects on female hormones. I am concerned about breast cancer but am completely confused as to whether or not soy is helping or hurting as a preventative measure. Critics say that soy increases estrogen??? Others say that it helps balace female hormones. HELP!!!!!!
