I am an O with hormone problems. I have no female hormones so I have to supplement. I also supplement with synthryoid. I have been where you are. Bet it is hard to walk across the floor without stumbling sometimes. Read the boda barnes book on thryoid. It is a start on undertstanding what your body is dealing with. also the thryoid.com is an another page. So much information but you need the basics.
I am doing so much better with Dr. D multi o supplements. His bladderwack is great and no reaction that is bad. Kelp of anyother kind causes swellin in the nect and discomfort. I don't remember how long you have been O ing. But this food plan is wonderful. With thryoid it takes months to really get better, but you do feel better all along. I don't know how old you are..Menopause or perimenocause. A MD will do the best they can to balance you out and maybe this medicine won't be so bad for a while. I like the concept of a homeopath who knows supplements and medicine. I have had both good and not so good MD's. some know about thryoid and hormones and some don't know enough.
Get off the grains if possible. I quite understand ever other day. But life is better now and I can do two days and one down. Family is now more understanding than they used to be.
You can email me with question, if I can help I will. I am just another searcher. Best doctoring you can get... keep us posted.!!!
