Hi Claire,

Sounds like you are doing lots of good stuff and are making real progress. Don't let the doctor push you around.

I'm assuming you don't smoke. (If you do, quit!)

I'd avoid Nutrasweet (Aspartame) at all costs. It can really do a number on your body.

I'd add freshly ground flax seed (one or two tablespoons of seeds) to your diet once or twice a day. I eat it in non-fat yogurt. Grind it in a coffee grinder.
