I am an O+, and I have been suffering from endometriosis for over 15 years. Four years ago, I went on a dairy-free diet and it was a big relief. However, not knowing anything about the blood type difference I followed the recommendations given in the books on endometriosis and became a vegetarian, then I realized that I can't survive being a vegetarian and switched to a semi-vegetarian diet(lots of grains and very little meat). The endometrial tissue between my bladder and my uterus has dissolved but instead I developed a big cyst on my left ovary. I figure it is because the grain-based diet damaged my thyroid and hormonal system. Now I am trying to get rid of the cyst with the help of the ER4T diet.
As an O+, I suppose, I can take bromelain pills too? As far as fatty acids, should I take flaxseed oil, or is black current seed oil O.K. for type O too?
