Brown Rice Vinegar, Umeboshi for A?

Posted By: Beth Lambert

I have just finished ER4YT and am about to embark upon this diet. I am in the process of cleaning out my pantry to remove all the food I have been eating that is not right for me. I have been using organic brown rice vinegar and umeboshi vinegar and plum balls every now and then. I know that type A is to avoid vinegar, but there are many types of vinegars and I was wondering if there were any exceptions to the rule. I use the brown rice vinegar primarily in beans, and the umeboshi as a condiment on vegetables, for example daikon radishes.

Any information will be appreciated.
