Hi, Daylene,
Everyone's already given you good suggestions. I'll just add: yes, definitely, an A who eats wrong for type could easily find herself with yeast infections that recur. Furthermore, as uncomfortable as it is, what's really even more bothersome about it is that it's an indicator of something basic being out of whack. (Two of my family members are A's.) So, like the others who have responded to you, I strongly encourage you to find a library or bookstore (most have it) where you can borrow or browse the book, and then give the type A plan a try.
