Go to the top of this board and go to the archives-most recently posted. You will find in May many posts consernind yeast infection/candida infection and ideas of what to do.
This food plan may help you and it will give you direction. I felt better so quickly but being an O it took many trials and errors toa become totally involved. Good Luck with your search.
If you can afford the book, go for it. If not get it at the library.
