The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 10

Hi Daylene - sometimes in life we must take a risk in order to receive benefits. I think risking the price of the book is a small investment in the rest of your life and being healthy for that period of time. This board is meant to support people who are following the diet and either need information about a specific topic, or want to share their progress, or want to be helpful to others going through certain symptoms that we have experienced ourselves. It's very much a "hands on" personal experience type of thing. We are all our own scientists. It's very exciting, actually. So YOU have to be the one to discover whether your yeast problems are related to the foods you eat (or don't eat!).
I cannot encourage you enough to spend the money on the book, even if you have to swallow hard when you do it, or as the others suggest, see if you can get it at the library. And then stay in touch and let us know what is happening, how we can be of help to you all along the way.
Love and light,
