In Response To: "A" sisters aren't convinced. Any ideas? (Lynn O+ENTP)
Hi Lynn:
I am an "A", the sister I'm donating a kidney to is an "A" and I have two "O" sisters. I am the only one on the ER4YT plan and the others aren't convinced (and two of them are die-hard smokers) ... so I have decided to lead by example.
In four months of eating right for my type, I can't express loud and long enough how much better I feel - both inside and out. As a matter of interest, I did that "RealAge" thing that Oprah had on one of her shows a while ago, and where my chronological age is 57, my "ReadAge" (or body's internal age) is 56. I was very happy with that because being the eldest of the siblings - all of them calculated older than me! One of these days they'll clue in and do something about their eating/etc. habits.
I can only suggest that you keep trying with your sisters.
Good Luck and Best Regards
Shirley
